- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time from your account. If you cancel, you keep your data and drop back to the Starter plan.
- Is my data private?
- Your journal is tied to your account and protected by database rules so only you can read it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Which brokers do you support?
- Any broker. You enter trades manually, or paste/upload your broker's list of fills and we rebuild the trades for you.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. This is a journaling and analysis tool; it never recommends trades and is not licensed investment advice.
- Do the prices include tax?
- Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your location and shown before you pay.
- Is my card information safe?
- Yes. You enter your card on the secure checkout of Paddle, our PCI DSS Level 1 payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
